YADA (YOUTH ACADEMY OF DRAMATIC ARTS) –

CANCELLATION POLICY, REFUNDS, TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to the Youth Academy of Dramatic Arts (referred to hereinafter as ‘YADA’) & incorporates Youth Academy of Dramatic Arts. Changes to these terms and conditions require the written consent of the YADA and its staff.

Parent/Guardian where applicable gives consent for applicant(s) to attend and participate accordingly.

1. Camps / Classes / Workshops / Parties (all other) Payment terms: Credit card, or ACH only. An application will only be deemed as valid if accompanied by the relevant payment / transfer of the required deposit/full fees as applicable. 
2. All Camps / Classes / Workshops / Parties (all other), require a deposit plus an administration fee per applicant to enroll and to hold a spot in class. 
3. Administration Fees: Beginning in the 2025 calendar year, YADA has removed the previous $30 per child registration fee, which was charged for every registration in a show, class, or camp, and replaced it with a yearly administration fee. For all school year classes in 2025, there is a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable $75.00 Administration Fee per child, which will cover as many enrollments as needed throughout the school year sessions. For all summer camps in 2025, there is a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable $50.00 Administration Fee per child, covering all camp enrollments. These fees will be charged upon enrollment and are not eligible for refund or transfer under any circumstances.
4. YADA offers a Multiple Child Discount for families (household) with more than one child enrolling and participating in the same session, class or activity. Families with more than one child will receive a 10% discount for each subsequent family member enrolled in each session. The discount is taken from the second, third or subsequent tuition only.
5. YADA has a new billing schedule for our families. Now, you can pay for your classes monthly, or in one lump sum. The choice is yours! Simply make sure to set your preferred payment and schedule upon checkout. 
6. Always take a moment to review your invoices for the school location, show, class dates, name and level  that our records have your child enrolled in. If our records don’t match yours - please contact YADA’s offices immediately at 323-655-9232 or yadakids@yada.org..
7. Please note: if you have an outstanding balance with YADA this will be automatically added to your household ledger and payment plans.
8. Any remaining tuition balance is due 4 weeks before the first day of the Class/Rehearsal. 
9. All enrollment cancellations and enrollment switches must be submitted by email, NO EXCEPTIONS.
10. Refund Requests: 

• • A refund equal to half of the tuition paid will be issued for cancellations made up to two weeks prior to class or camp start date.
  • Cancellations made within two weeks (14 days) of the class or camp start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable. Any applicable Materials fees are refundable.
  • Refunds or credits are not transferable outside of the household.
  • YADA does not prorate for missed classes, including those missed after a student is enrolled off of the waitlist.
  • Full refunds will be granted if a program is canceled.
